Terms and Conditions
DELIVERY
Products held in stock at County Supplies are delivered free to our customers. A minority of suppliers may charge carriage for direct delivery items. Any charges will be confirmed with customers at order processing.
MINIMUM ORDER CHARGES
There are no minimum order charges on items held in stock at County Supplies. A small number of suppliers may state minimum order values for direct delivery items. Any charges will be confirmed with customers at order processing.
PRICES
All prices are firm for the duration of the catalogue year i.e. April to March, unless otherwise stated. In exceptional circumstances there may be some increases in commodity prices, which are beyond our control. We pledge to keep these increases to an absolute minimum and give you notice of implementation.
All prices exclude VAT.
Customers who are not exempt will be charged at the appropriate rate.

PAYMENT
Invoice payment should be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to NCC Supplies.

X or W CODED ITEMS
X or W coded products will be delivered to you direct from one of our carefully selected suppliers, without the need for you to do anything more. You will receive an order acknowledgement to confirm your requirements. Your goods will be delivered to you direct, and you will receive an invoice or advice note from County Supplies in the normal way. Delivery times will vary according to the nature of the goods ordered.
CATALOGUE DESCRIPTIONS AND ILLUSTRATIONS
All colours and sizes are approximate. It is possible that goods and brands supplied may vary due to a change of supplier or a supplier’s specification. In this case every effort will be made to supply goods of similar specification and value to your original order. Due to technological limitations any colour or fabric charts are intended as a guide only. If you are unsure about colours or fabrics it is highly recommended that you ask for samples before you buy.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
If you unfortunately receive faulty or damaged goods please telephone Customer Services on (0115) 977 5640. We will investigate your claim without unnecessary delay and replace, exchange or repair goods where appropriate.
RETURNS
You may return goods sold from our range of stocked items where appropriate. All we ask of you is that you arrange the return with Customer Services in advance; our drivers cannot collect without prior arrangement. Any direct delivery items ordered in error may incur a return charge, or be non-returnable. Please contact Customer Services on (0115) 977 5640 for details.
